What is your return policy?

Whether you ordered the wrong size harness, realize you need a different solution for your crew, or are simply not satisfied with your order for any reason, don’t worry – we accept returns within 30 days.

If the items are still in their original packaging and undamaged, we will process your return with a 20% restocking fee.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our website defaults to standard ground shipping for all orders. We give you the option of either 3 day (UPS Blue) or 1 day (UPS Red) shipping, but please contact us first to confirm.

When will I receive my order?

If your order is placed between 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Thursday, our team will process it within 24 hours. If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, our team will process it on the following business day.

After our team has processed your order, we’ll send it to our manufacturing partner to box up your items and ship them right to your door using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Once our manufacturing partner has processed your order, you will receive a UPS tracking number at the email you used to checkout with us. You can use this number to check on the status of the shipment.

What do I do if I never received my order or some of my items are damaged/defective?

While our team works hard to make sure your order is perfect every time, we realize some problems are inevitable. If your order does not arrive or is damaged when it does, please do not hesitate to reach out to us as soon as you can.

Visit our contact page to place a call or open a support ticket by email. Be sure to have your order number handy when you contact us so we can quickly get you assistance.

Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Yes, you can make changes to your order after you’ve placed it but before it has been processed by our manufacturing partner.

We work as fast as we can to get your items to you, so we can’t tell you exactly how much time you will have to make edits to your order.

The best thing to do is reach out to us by email via our contact page as soon you realize you need to make some changes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.
